Sweating is stress reducing and very relaxing for both mind and body. During a session, your body’s muscles are warmed by infrared heat. This helps to release the stress and fatigue brought on by muscle tension.



Stress build-up creates tension in the body, manifesting in various aches and pains. The heat and humidity defuses the pain and relaxes tired muscles.

The heat from the session relaxes the body's muscles, improves circulation and stimulates the release of endorphins. Endorphins are the body’s all-natural "feel good" chemical, and their release provides a truly wonderful "after heat glow.”
