The more weight you have to lose, the more dramatic the shaping and toning will be. What happens when I sweat at Shape House?
When you walk in, you will be greeted with Kangan alkaline water and will be asked to sign a waiver. You will change clothes if needed and will be escorted to the “sweat room” where you'll find individual partitioned areas, each with infrared blankets, flat screen tv's, and light therapy. While you recline, you can choose what to do during your sweat... watch Netflix, Ted Talks, Hulu Plus, HBO or dvd's of your favorite transformational leaders, listen to music, or just meditate quietly. Your entire body except your head is wrapped in a metallic looking blanket that resembles a sleeping bag. The sweat lasts 55 minutes. A staff member checks on you periodically. Alkaline water, just like alkaline foods are healthy for our bodies. This is not the only, or even the main reason we serve Kangen water. In the process of producing the water, which we do at each Shape House, the molecular clusters are subtly altered. This treatment is of great support to the lymphatic system, which is in charge of our immune system. The lymphatic system carries bacteria, viruses, and even mutated cells away from healthy tissue and flushes it out of the body.
